1. Returns for Standard Size Custom Boxes
We accept returns for standard size custom boxes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return process.
2. No Returns on Customized Product Boxes
Please note that we do not accept returns on customized product boxes. All sales on these items are final.
3. Accept Exchanges
We do offer exchanges on any products. If any item arrive wrong, please follow the return process outlined below.
4. Return Method by Mail
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Returns must be sent back via mail to the address provided with your authorization.
5. Currency
All transactions and returns are processed in USD.
6. Product Condition
Returned items must be in new and unused condition. Products that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for standard size custom boxes.
8. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be applied to all approved returns.
9. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 days for the processing of your refund.
