At Buy Boxes Now, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review the terms below.
30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free by mail, with no restocking fee.
What can be returned
We accept returns and exchanges on stock (non-customized) items that are:
- New, unused, and undamaged
- In their original packaging
Customized products — items printed with your artwork, logo, custom sizes, or branding — cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged, because they are made to order specifically for you.
Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to info@buyboxesnow.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will reprint or refund the affected items at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Contact us by email, phone, or live chat to request a return authorization.
- A prepaid return label will be provided — returns are accepted by mail only.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Free shipping across the United States on every order, with no minimum.
Production & delivery times
- Production: 7–10 business days after you approve your digital mockup.
- Transit: typically 2–5 business days within the US after dispatch.
- Rush orders: available on request — contact us for timing.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times depend on destination, order size, and weight, and are quoted before you confirm your order. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Damaged in transit
Every shipment is carefully packed. In the rare event boxes arrive damaged, email a photo within 48 hours and we will replace them free of charge — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orders & pricing
- All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are per unit unless stated otherwise.
- A minimum order of 50 units applies to custom boxes.
- Orders enter production only after you approve the digital mockup and payment is received.
Artwork & proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork and approved proofs. We are not liable for errors (spelling, color, sizing) present in approved artwork. We provide a free digital mockup for every order before production.
Billing terms
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our secure, SSL-encrypted checkout.
Color & material variance
Slight variations in color and material are inherent to printing and are not considered defects. We offer PMS color matching and printed samples to minimize variance.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Please review our Returns Policy for resolution of defective goods.
